Hmm, there’s really very little to showcase here. The resolution of the image is also poor and pixelated.

The threads you see here are individual fibers in a peripheral nerve. The section is stained with osmium tetroxide, which stains the fat-rich myelin black. At this low magnification, the nodes of Ranvier are not visible. If you’d like to see them, simply proceed to the next magnification.
