The vascular supply of the spleen includes the splenic artery, which provides oxygenated blood, branching into trabecular arteries. Central arteries arise from these trabecular arteries and are encased in the white pulp. From the central arteries, penicillar arteries and arterioles branch out, leading to the red pulp sinusoids. The splenic vein is responsible for draining deoxygenated blood from the spleen.
